Senior Finance Associate - Data Centers

Position Description:

• This position was created as part of our new 80/20 operating model.
• Your responsibilities will include leadership of the Grenada, MS. Data Center finance function with a primary focus on measuring, analyzing and driving results within an 80/20 environment.
• You will play a key role on the plant leadership team, providing timely and comprehensive financial insights to the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning functions for the plant.
  • Finalize projections and outputs in collaboration with the NA Data Center Finance Manager
  • Drive accountability to forecasted results and ensure timely submission of deliverables
  • Understand and quantify the trade off’s and compromises associated with various scenario’s and options.
• Analyze plant financial results against prior forecast and plan. Oversee the compilation and timely submission of standardized financial and KPI outputs:
  • Swings Analyses (actuals, forecast and plan scenarios)
  • Weekly Dashboards, Operational Performance Reporting
  • Monthly inventory summaries, Others as needed
• Communicate actual and forecasted results in business terms to various levels of management.
  • Lead monthly business review with plant manager
  • Understand the root causes of variances and recommend improvements
• Support the plant manager and his team with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and insights. Be the financial voice at the table providing sound analysis to support decision making.
• Analyze and justify significant capex investments by the region
• Exhibit strong leadership behaviors in conjunction with the 80/20 operating model.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong skillsets in areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business results
• Hands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation system
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of US GAAP

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• MBA/ CPA / CMA Certifications a plus
