Responsibilities:
- Identification and recruitment of highly skilled professionals to meet company and position requirements.
- Consulting with client companies and candidates during recruitment and on-boarding to maximum the opportunity for mutual success.
- Map role criteria define position description and document specifications.
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Business development of new and existing clients.
- Developing thorough understanding of position requirements and company culture.
- Partner with clients to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
- Research into client’s company, competitors and marketplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of executive recruitment experience, recruiting experience in a corporate environment or within executive search firms.
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Strong computer skills, with an ability to utilize applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of recruiting and general Human Resources policies and practices.
- Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining a high energy level and positive attitude.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and independent decision making.
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30,692.98 - $148,283.99 per year
