Enbridge is hiring a Senior Engineer who will assist in the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Asset Integrity program that implements management system requirements for all asset classes (pipeline, facilities, and storage). will take responsibility for varied project assignments, requiring the implementation of broad business and technical knowledge. Typical assignments will involve coordinating work efforts within Asset Integrity and cross functional groups within Enbridge, leveraging your Asset Integrity expertise.

Here's what you will do:
- Play a key role in the development, implementation, and continual improvement in the following IMS areas as they pertain to the Asset Integrity Programs:
- Senior Management Reporting - review quarterly and other periodic management reports.
- Goals, Objectives and Targets (GOTs) - maintain AI procedure; coordinate collection and reporting of GOTs.
- Communications Plan - develop AI procedure; arrange and document meetings required under the AIMP communication plan (as required); SharePoint site maintenance.
- AI Document and Records Management Process - implementation of AI requirements and coordination of DMOC process.
- IMS Implementation Reviews / Updates - overall coordination of annual Management Review of IMPs.
- Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) Management for GTM Asset Integrity - support development and tracking while verifying evidence and supporting closure.
- Coordinate setup of AI IMS Quarterly Meeting.
- Review and communicate lessons learned from different sources (i.e., incidents, CAPAs, external).
- Conduct self-assessments on implementation of IMS within integrity management programs and assurance activity for Asset Integrity.
- Conduct assurance inspections to assess the effectiveness of the priority controls on key risks and compliance with procedural tasks (e.g., Effectiveness review of AI SOPs).
- Facilitate and respond to internal and external audits.
Who you are:
- You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience directly related to Engineering and Integrity for Pipeline, Facilities, and/or Storage for Natural Gas.
- A valid driver's license.
- Expertise in Asset Integrity management, management systems, performance measures, and communications.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated technical writing ability.
- Excellent computer and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and management skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player with a strong work ethic and initiative.
- The following are considered assets:
- Professional Engineering certification.
- Expertise in relevant pipeline industry regulations, specifically 49 CFR Part 192, 49 CFR Part 195 and the Canadian Onshore Pipeline Regulations.
- Familiarity with API 1173.
- Provide timely, consistent, and accurate information to promote commitment and readiness.
Working Conditions:
- Approximately 90% Office Environment and 10% travel in both the U.S and Canada.
- Must be able to remain calm and focused during emergency situations.
- May be exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, high pressure piping or excavations.
- May be occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment may be above 90 dBA.
- Works to meet concrete regulatory deadlines under facility operating authorizations.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
