The Team- Digital Customer
Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets.
Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
- Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
- Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
- Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
- Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
- DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Work you'll Do:
- Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions
- Develop case management prototypes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure based applications
- Build/design wireframes to solicited UI/UX feedback and inform requirements gathering
- Apply domain knowledge of Microsoft tooling to support solution envisioning in the client environment (e.g., Where to apply Dynamics 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft Azure)
- Facilitate technical design discussion related to UI/UX and architecture
- Develop, deploy, and unit test integration components using azure integration services
- Engage with all levels of business users and key decision makers
- Collaborate with internal technical and functional teams to inform development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Dynamics CRM development experience including OData, plugins, workflows, API integration using SDK
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform configuration and Dynamics 365 customization
- Proficiency developing applications or plugins using the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, MVC, T-SQL, Visual Studio
- Experience integrating 3rd party systems using API (Rest/Soap), SFTP
- Experience with AZURE services and integrating with Dynamics 365, Power platform, Power Automate, Power Pages
- Experience with DevOps integration with source control system, dynamics solution, and environment troubleshooting
- Experience unit testing, promotion, deployment and testing of new codes in various environments
- Experience with source control mediums such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps, or Git
- Experience building Dynamics/PowerApps Prototypes, Proof of Concept, and Wireframes
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
