Director, Supply Chain Management - Parcel Home Delivery (Sam's Club)

We're currently looking for a Director, Supply Chain Management - Parcel Home Deliveryto grow our team!
Our Director of Parcel Home Delivery will be responsible for leading and managing the Parcel Home Delivery operations for Sam's Club. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the parcel delivery market, experience in managing delivery operations and a proven track record of driving growth and customer satisfaction.
You'll make an impact by...
  • Developing and implementing the Parcel Home Delivery strategy for Sam's Club
  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day parcel delivery operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing and technology to ensure efficient and effective parcel delivery operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with parcel delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders
  • Analyzing parcel delivery data and developing actionable insights to drive growth and member satisfaction
  • Developing and managing budgets for parcel delivery operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to parcel delivery operations
  • Managing and leading a team of parcel delivery professionals

You'll sweep us off our feet if...
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field
  • You have 8+ years of experience in parcel delivery operations management
  • You have a deep understanding of the parcel delivery market, including emerging trends and technologies
  • You're experienced in managing a team of parcel delivery professionals
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • You have strong leadership and management skills

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years' supervisory experience.
