Senior Director of Digital Marketing

SOURCE Global is looking for a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing and Communications team. The role is based in Scottsdale, AZ and will report to the Vice President of Marketing, Ashley Hower. At a glance, this position is responsible for driving our global performance marketing efforts to acquire new customers in both B2C and B2B channels and to create targeted brand awareness in key markets around the world. You will be responsible for all lead generation processes, from strategy, to implementation, to performance. To be successful, you must have experience; generating a high volume of leads with lean budgets, being creative and iterative in your daily practice with a growth hacking mindset and methodology and provide strong thought leadership in an ever-evolving marketing discipline. In this role, you will:
- Expand SEO and SEM efforts and success
- Implement the strategy for the ongoing expansion of customer acquisition
- Research and implement new channels of distribution
- Lead data analytics and manage CRM platforms
- Refine product positioning by region and sales channel
- Refine inbound lead generation process
- Improve lead quality
- Improve conversion rates
- Build targeted brand awareness in all sales channels
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years B2B and B2C digital marketing experience required
- 5+ years SEO/SEM experience required
- Experience leveraging data and consumer insights to inform digital marketing strategies and can champion the magical intersection of data and creativity to drive business performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent self-management skills
- Must be performance and outcomes driven
- Must have experience generating a high volume of inbound leads off of a limited budget
- Deep understanding of marketing channels and consumer touch points, especially e-commerce, email, digital & social media
- Experience with domestic and international marketing preferred
- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM preferred
