Position Summary:

Reports to the Sr. Vice President, CFO. Responsible for overseeing the Financial Planning and Analysis functions of the Corporate Finance Office.

Essential Functions:

1. Manage functions related to the financial systems (i.e., system updates, outstanding issues, reporting needs, etc.).
2. Coordinate and conduct system processes related to month-end close for various modules.
3. Manage cash forecasting models and projections.
4. Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting process in collaboration with the controller and department heads.
5. Analyze monthly financial statements, budget variance reports, KPIs, and trends.
6. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
7. Create presentations and board reports with and for the CFO.
8. Oversee the corporate employee travel program and credit card process.
9. Oversee special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Five years of related experience, three of which must be supervisory.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred. Experience with forecasting and Analysis preferred.
• Must be computer proficient and have advanced experience in computer application software, i.e. Excel, Word, and other business software technology.
• Requires a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven person.
• Must be willing and able to travel.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
