Position Summary:
Join us as we expand our cutting-edge Hematology marketing organization. We have an opening for a Senior Director, Lymphoma Marketing, this role will report directly to the Vice President US Breyanzi Brand Lead. This role will be responsible for leading strategic planning and launch execution for the largest combined indications for the brand: LBCL and MCL. This includes continuing to drive growth for in line indications and leading the prelaunch planning, market sizing, opportunity analysis and mitigations strategies of the near-term launches. This role will focus heavily on driving professional marketing strategies and tactics to deliver growth. Close collaboration within the brand team and across WW and matrix colleagues to develop robust plans will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth of LBCL and drive launch uptake in MCL, by providing strategic direction to the team
  • Deliver professional marketing strategy, including HCP communication strategy (e.g., core msg platform, creative, segmentation, targeting input); FF Strategy Collaboration with Sales Leads; P2P Strategy; Medical Expert Engagement Strategy & Execution; Personal Promotion / NPP Tactics; Field Engagement; Training
  • Advise and collaborate with broader team to develop patient activation strategy
  • Develop and execute strong plans
  • Lead and partner with the cross functional teams to ensure strategic alignment for execution and achievement of brand goals(e.g., Medical Affairs, Market Access, OnmiChannel)
  • Partner with BIA and market research to provide strategic input, grounded in internal/external customer insights
  • Strategically evaluate the need for new resources to address a customer needs, in line with brand strategic imperatives
  • Staff, develop and lead team performance
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior management and other internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with a background in marketing, sales, insight & analytics, and/or market access.
  • Demonstrated track record managing a brand as a pharmaceutical marketer.
  • Track record for driving brand performance through collaboration and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose issues, offer solutions and measure impact.
  • Strong communication skills to provide expectations and strategic vision for other functions.
  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability manage multiple tasks.
  • Track record for driving results by staffing, building and leading teams.
  • Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally.
  • High learning agility, sense of urgency, deep passion and accountability mindset required.
  • US launch experience preferred, oncology/hematology experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
