They have a globally distributed team of Dev Ops Engineers, looking for a well-rounded Lead Dev Ops Engineer who can lead, manage and scale the team, understand cloud infrastructure, they use Kubernetes and are moving into GCP. They have 100+ servers on-prem, so understanding of bare metal would be great. Restructure the deployment methodologies, transition systems to the cloud, etc. Ideally an experienced leader who can influence the roadmap and work with a variety of technologies. Up to $200-$225K base plus bonus (potentially up to $400K TC).
