Senior Data Integrity Analyst

Prime Response Inc. (PRI), isseeking a full-time Senior Air Force Equipment Data Integrity Analyst for a possible upcoming long-term government contract located in Washington,DC.

• Lead and oversee the Data Integritymanagement program for the property records maintained within the Department ofthe Air Force (DAF) accountable property system of record (APSR).
  
• Analyze data, develop metrics,coordinate strategic-level data cleansing efforts, and support initiatives toobtain and enforce Financial Integrity and Audit Remediation compliance foraccountable property.
  
• Play a key role in systemimplementations and the clean-up and transfer of all data from existingmanagement systems to the equipment APSR or authoritative system of record.
  
• Participates in the development ofsupply chain management solutions contributing to the modernization ofpolicies, processes and supporting technologies applied to the planning,management, and disposition of DAF property.
  
• Identify and quantify problems withinthe Accountable property systems of record (APSR) preventing complete andaccurate documentation.
  
• Identify and provide solutions to rootcauses for poor Data Integrity.
  
• Identify and resolve Financial Integrityand Audit Readiness/Remediation (FIAR)-related policy and execution gaps andlimitations.
  

• Minimumof five years of demonstrated leadership experience with Equipment DataIntegrity.
  
• Must have First-handexperience with core Air Force logistics systems, organizations, and policies.
  
• Must havecomprehensive knowledge and experience with the Defense Property AccountabilitySystem (DPAS), DPAS Force System Module (FSM), DPAS Inventory Control Point(ICP), DPAS Warehouse, DPAS Property Accountability (PA) and IntegratedLogistics System-Supply (ILS-S).
  
• Requiresan active SECRET clearance or the ability to receive and maintain one.
  
• Must havecomprehensive understanding of SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence and theability to develop analysis tools.
  
• Must haveexperience developing Basing & Logistics Analytics Data Environment(BLADE), Advancing Analytics (Advana) adhoc scripts.
  
• Must have expertexperience and knowledge of existing accountable property systems and SupplyChain Management-Information Technology (SCM-IT) interfaces.
  
• Advancedknowledge of computer systems and office software such as Microsoft Office isrequired.
  
• Musthave strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  
• Musthave strong written and verbal communication skills.
