JOB POSITION: Senior Data Analyst
LOCATION: 7000 Target Parkway N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
DUTIES: Leverage data, statistics, and visualizations to create actionable insights for Payment and Service Centers; build reporting & dashboards, provide analysis, and manage data sets; perform data analysis to answer complex business questions, share data-driven insights, and provide strategic recommendations; work with partners to identify gaps with reporting and automate repeatable steps; collaborate with managers to identify key metrics driving the performance of service centers and team members; develop and administer compliance reports; set goals and forecasts for Internal and Vendor service center team members; collaborate with managers to track team member performance against goals and on other key metrics. Tools/technologies used: Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Domo, Tableau, Power BI), Python, R, Microsoft SQL Server, SAS, SPSS, Git, Oracle SQL Developer, Hadoop, Hive, Honeycomb, Jira, and Power Query. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to Minneapolis-area Target office, as directed.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field and at least three (3) years of experience with business analysis and business intelligence (any title) including at least two (2) years of experience with administration and maintenance of dashboards, data analysis, and using Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft SQL Server, Python, and Git. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to Minneapolis-area Target office, as directed.
