We are looking for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical skills; someone who is an independent self-starter with experience in product conversion, engagement, and retention, and who possesses a passion for delivering data-driven insights to join Intuit’s CRM analytics team.
Request
5+ years of experience working with product , web & CRM analytics.Highly proficient in SQL , Experimentation design and principles (A/B testing etc.) , Tableau, and Excel. Familiarity with Product Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.) preferredExperience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R); experience in developing and deploying machine learning models preferred.Experience in driving end to end measurement frameworksAbility to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendationsAbility to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership levelStrategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problemsExcellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinkingOutstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleaguesBachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
