Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or escalate complex issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Previous experience in sales or Customer Service roles
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
