As a Sr. Credit Underwriter, for CTI/Direct you will be expected to perform credit and management activities, monitor credit/risk profiles and scorecard developments.

Day to Day- Perform credit evaluation and risk analysis for complex transactions across several industries, including CT&I, Tech Solutions, and Food & Agriculture.
- Complete analysis on financial, asset, market, legal and contractual risk as a basis for decisions and recommendations.
- Perform annual reviews, customer re-ratings and regulatory notifications, Basel II Compliance.
- Participate in Pre-Investment Committee as lead credit specialist to review potential opportunities with core stakeholders to discuss credit requirements, additional information, and next steps.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance and Asset Management to properly structure and document transactions.
- Monitor credit/risk profiles and compliance (including OFAC and KYC screening)
- Ensure compliance with global and local credit and risk management policies.
- Actively participate in meetings with customers and internal members. Effectively and professionally present applications to local and global credit committees.
- Contribute to procedure development.
- Provide information, support, training and align all parties on credit and risk management policies, processes and issues in order to cultivate a sound (credit) risk organization and (credit) risk awareness culture.
- Coordination across Application to Booking process
- Decision credit applications as assigned.
- Escalate risks to credit manager and/or Head of Retail Credit

- Bachelor’s degree in related field. (MBA preferred)
- 5-7 years relative work experience
- Expertise with financial analysis, internal/external regulations and credit risk management
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and written, with internal and external customers
- Ability to thrive in a networked organization
- Broad industry knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks

Applicable Pay Range
$85,072.32- $127,608.48
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
