JOB SCOPE:
The Senior Creative Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the creative aspects of marketing campaigns and initiatives across TransformCo.

The Senior Creative Director is a strategic and innovative thinker who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual and experiential solutions. The Senior Creative Director collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure that the creative vision aligns with the TransformCo's overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements creative strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and brand identity
- Works closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audience, translating them into effective creative concepts
- Collaborates with the analytics team to measure and analyze the performance of creative campaigns
- Conceptualizes and executes integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events and ensures consistency in messaging and brand identity across all creative assets
- Collaborates with marketing managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and incorporate them into the creative process
- Works closely with external agencies and freelancers when needed, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Oversees the production of creative assets, including graphics, videos, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
- Ensures that creative materials are on-brand, engaging, and effectively communicate the desired message
- Manages the creative budget, including resource allocation, project planning, and cost tracking
- Identifies cost-effective solutions without compromising creative quality
- Utilizes data-driven insights to optimize future creative strategies and tactics and market insights to inform and enhance the creative direction of marketing campaigns
- Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience
- Valid Driver License for the State of employment
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and creative projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, brand development, and creative processes
- Proficiency in creative software tools and applications
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
- Master's Degree
