Senior Creative Project Manager (Hybrid)

About This Role
TheSenior Creative Project Manager will lead the successful execution of day-to-day tasks and operations for the creative management team. This position is responsible for coordinating comprehensive project planning and assumes accountability of on-time creative assets that support strategic business objectives.
What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end creative request and task management, including attending planning meetings and working with Creative Operations Manager to assess resources and execution plan
• Manage multiple, complex creative requests at any given time across various business initiatives
• Serve as Ace Creative lead for yearly Ace Conventions, partnering with Ace Creative, corporate booth partners, Conventions Team, and external agencies to ensure booth graphics are developed and submitted by deadline to minimize expenses
• Help integrate teams in the use of Wrike, Ace Creative's project management platform, continually evaluating process improvements
• Learn and enforce team processes for effective execution, inclusive of cross-departmental workflows and considerations
• Proactively anticipate creative team needs. Support Ace Creative by ensuring accountability across department deliverables
• Monitor request timelines and provide progress reports to creative leadership and partners
• Mentor Creative Project management team in identifying, coordinating, and communicating critical milestones and deadlines for multiple work streams, escalating any barriers to execution
• Manage bi-yearly convention projects to ensure

Required Skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience. Creative marketing agency, in-house Creative Project management, or brand marketing experience with agency management required.
• Ability to process a high volume of requests and create a clear and effective plan while working within a fast-paced, creative environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including the executive level
• Deep understanding of multi-disciplinary creative processes
• Strong problem solver, able to integrate information effectively and efficiently from diverse sources and define a clear approach
• Positive attitude, proactive creative thinking, and exceptional organizational and project planning/management skills
• Ability to provide, interpret, and analyze partner needs to help identify opportunities or issues and develop credible solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Wrike or other project management tools is a plus
• Experience with production planning and DAM systems

Compensation Details:
$82300 - $103000 Per Year
