We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior ContentMarketing Manager to lead our content strategy and drive our brand's growth. This role would report to the head of marketing.

As the Senior ContentMarketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's objectives and resonates with our target audiences. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, engaging content for our site.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop a clear and cohesive content strategy that supports our brand's objectives, enhances our online presence, and drives customer engagement and conversion.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire our content writer. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure professional growth and the delivery of outstanding content.
  • Brand Messaging and Voice: Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels. Ensure that all content pieces are aligned with our brand's values, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  • Content Creation and Production: Oversee the creation and production of high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, white papers, videos, infographics, and more. Collaborate with internal and external resources to generate compelling content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Content Distribution and Promotion: Develop effective distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of our content. Leverage various channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, to amplify content visibility and generate organic traffic.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze key content marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Continuously optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnerships: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and collaboration on content initiatives.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance our content strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset, with a data-driven and analytical approach to decision making.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Mastery of SEO, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with various content formats, such as written, visual, and multimedia content.
  • Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
