Senior Product Manager - Content Management

NA s client in the retail industry with a large Ecommerce presence is looking for a Technical Product Manager for their web Content Management system and data asset management system enhancements. They are open to multiple locations, but candidates have to be onsite Monday-Thursday, and remote on Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Work with various Business and IT eCommerce teams to facilitate and implement the roadmap for our digital content and asset management solutions across the companies 9 Brands, including measuring feature effectiveness and value.
• Lead the definition, prioritization, intake and scoping of related initiatives, using all available data and resources to guide decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations with high adoption and satisfaction rates.
• Partner with Technical Project Managers to lead the execution of projects for various brands.
• Serve as primary liaison between Technology, Creative, UI and Business teams.
• Attend project meetings and provide status reports to the business team.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of daily project issues.
• Acts as an owner, mentor and product category expert; Builds strong cross functional relationships by approaching all interactions with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Develop business requirements for Merchandising Systems enhancements, features and functionality.
• Educate Brand teams and Stakeholders on recommendations, guiding discussions to consensus and driving action items.
• Develop high-level business requirements and detailed user stories.

Required Skills : * 5 years of product management experience, within a technology organization * Experience related to ecommerce and retail digital merchandising team * Digital Asset Management (DAM) - sometimes also referred to as eDAM * Content Management System (experience with AEM Sites and Assets is preferred) * Product Information Management (PIM) - for digital merchandising, DAM and WCH go hand in hand with PIM * Experience managing relationships with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and documenting those requirements in the form of user stories * Experience with Jira and Confluence, specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria and prioritization with delivery teams * Experience authoring test cases that are aligned with end user expectations; Submit data requests required to execute test cases and obtain end user sign off * Drive functional backlog prioritization and lead various requirement discussions for product enhancements * Effectively partner with Operations and technology delivery teams and QA teams through gathering detailed requirements, presenting the business value, documenting requirements in JIRA and Visio process flows * Provide production level support for Operations and technology partners for operational go-live and ongoing deployment validation of new functionality
