The Senior Consultant role is a senior position within the Oncology and Specialty Therapeutics (OST) team, within the Commercial domain of Cerner Enviza, an Oracle company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ PhD in Life Sciences (biochemistry, pharmacology, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology or similar) or MD (with oncology experience), with 4-7 years consulting or commercial pharmaceutical / biotech experience in the oncology field.
+ Position requires an in-depth scientific and technical knowledge of mechanisms and pathways related to oncology, as well as understanding and deep interest in drug development and commercial strategies. Must be able to demonstrate understanding of client business issues related to oncology products, commercialization process, strategic planning process, and/or licensing process.
+ Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
+ Strong primary market research skills - quantitative and qualitative
+ Ability to work independently and as a team player
+ Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including graphics is required.
+ Foreign languages such as key European languages, Japanese, or Chinese is a plus.
+ This position requires travel both domestic and international up to 10% of the time.
+ This job is expected to work according to ISO 20252 standards
Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant (OST) role will be responsible for custom engagement leadership, co-leadership responsibilities for production and publication of the Future Trends & Insights module of CancerMPact, project execution and team management, proposal development, and have a client-facing role for both existing client support and new business development related to CancerMPact and custom consulting studies.

Hiring Range: from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
