Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
DETAILED PROJECT LIST MUST BE AVAILABLE, INCLUDING PROJECTS COMPLETED.
- 7+ years of solid experience in construction management in industrial and/or medical construction. Ground up projects a must. Interiors a plus.
- Proven history of project completion ground up construction, $10M - $50M
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project, Primavera and Procore
- Solid experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration and contract management.
- Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, quality and project execution
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills interacting directly with clients’ architects, consultants, contractors, trades. Etc..
