Overview:

QA Inspector duties and responsibilities

MUST Specialize in all steel construction methods

Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing products and overseeing operations for a company to ensure they meet production standards, and they work in any industry that involves production and assembly. Duties required for Quality Assurance Inspector may have:

· Establishing quality standards for products a company produces

· Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards.

· Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes

· Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company.

· Using products such as pressure testing equipment and screw gauges to measure products.

· Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality.

· Flagging and documenting products that do not meet company standards or delivery tolerances.

· Ensuring all items meet company MODULAR and HCD Gridlines standards.

· Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team

· Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.

· Look For Problems and Solutions to each obstacle.

· Correct design criteria and follow through.

· Must Collect and Establish Procedures for RFI and Building Processes

Must have knowledge in Construction knowledge and Plan Reading Skills, must be Proficient in CRM and Software

Production housing

Modular Housing and HCD

Design Standards in new homes.

Ability to use computers

Microsoft suite

CRM general knowledge

Read blueprints and plans.

Document issues digitally and written

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
