What you'll do

This newly added role will bring data to life for an executive audience. Managing the executive lifecycle, developing materials for quarterly board committee meetings and modeling equity spend and programs you will contribute to building and maintaining programs to attract, retain and motivate our executive team and beyond.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Compensation.

Responsibility 

  • Conduct market research and make recommendations for executive job requisitions, transfers, promotions, adjustments and retention programs
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external compensation consultants to develop materials for the Compensation, Leadership, and Development Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Model equity dilution, burn and anticipated share utilization and make recommendations to shape programs to meet targets
  • Manage equity granting and work with stock administration for monthly granting process
  • Work closely with legal to develop Compensation Discussion and Analysis for the annual Proxy Statement
  • Develop models and scenario planning for potential compensation related programs
Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic 

  • BS/BA in human resources, business, economics, computer science or related experience or education equivalent
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in compensation or human resources
  • Experience using spreadsheets to bring together data from various sources

Preferred 

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a high growth tech in a compensation department
  • Experience with enterprise HR systems (i.e. Workday, E*Trade)
Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $146,800.00 - $235,025.00 base salary

 

Illinois and Colorado: $139,800.00 - $197,400.00 base salary

 

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $139,800.00 - $207,325.00 base salary

 

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
