Job purpose
The Human Resources team’s purpose is to enable the execution of our business strategy.
The Sr. Compensation Analyst works in close connection with the HR team to deliver compensation support, lead key compensation projects, and administer annual compensation processes (Salary Merit, Sales Incentive Bonus Design/Administration, Hourly GWI, Executive bonus, etc.). The Sr. Compensation Analyst is independently motivated and holds themselves accountable to meeting high expectations with aggressive timelines. They see an opportunity for improvement and go.
This role uses data analytics, modeling, and dashboard to report key HR and compensation measures, detect opportunities for improvement, and measure success against these improvement plans.
We are looking for an HR professional with the ability to drive collaboration and build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of internal customers.
This position is on-site and supports the Nashville Headquarters. Support may be required outside of normal business hours.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of compensation data and trends to support the development and execution of compensation strategies.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights, recommendations, and solutions.
- Use deep knowledge to develop and implement annual compensation program administration.
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership and business units.
- Use critical thinking skills to identify issues and solve moderately complex problems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues within the department, helping them develop in their roles.
- Partner with HR teammates and other business leaders to provide
support on key HR initiatives, including development of KPIs.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, data & analytics and business partner operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to address moderately complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to provide guidance to less experienced employees.
- Demonstrated ability in applying critical thinking, meeting deadlines, and dealing with complexity.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a compensation role (including support of Mfg., Distribution, Sales, and Functional Teammates)
- Proven experience with standard compensation practices and methodology.
- Proficiency in advanced data management tools like Excel or Google Sheets, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL etc
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Knowledge in HRIS systems and compensation management tools is preferable.
