Senior Compensation Analyst - Global Manufacturing
Greater Canton Ohio Area (Relocation Assistance Provided) 2 hours from Pittsburgh, PA

Our client, a specialized manufacturer of industrial automation solutions, is seeking to hire an
experienced Compensation Analyst. The company is over 100 years old, publicly traded,
producing $5 Billion in annual global revenues from locations around the world. We have an
immediate job opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst for a stable, successful custom
manufacturer in the greater Canton, OH area. Global, 100+ year, multi-billion company with
strong growth. This is a highly visible position within the corporation.
A Few Things to Note:
•This is a hybrid-remote position that sits at a beautiful corporate HQ campus (750 people) Hybrid
is on-site Tues/Thurs, plus one more core day, for three on-site days and two work from home
days.
•Seeking experience working for a manufacturer.
•Experience with business intelligence, salary data analysis, salary reviews, and job evaluations.
•Multi-national experience preferred.
•SAP experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
•Analyze compensation data to ensure fairness and competitiveness in compensation structures
and salary ranges.
•Maintain accurate compensation data in the HRIS through regular audits.
•Evaluate job positions across the organization to determine appropriate salary grades and levels.
•Oversee the compensation survey process, including utilizing a third-party survey management
tool.
•Stay informed about industry trends by reviewing compensation survey results and evaluating
the organization's compensation programs' competitiveness.
•Manage the annual salary review and variable pay process through the HRIS, making salary
adjustment recommendations based on performance and market data.
•Lead the global governance of variable pay programs (sales and non-sales) in collaboration with
the finance department, including projecting and reporting variable pay payouts for employees.
•Assist in benchmarking U.S. hourly positions and assessing wage competitiveness.
•Collaborate with HR teams to effectively communicate compensation policies, practices, and
changes to employees.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements in compensation practices and HR data
management within the organization.
Desired Skills:
•Possess strong quantitative and decision-making skills with a preference for a background in
compensation.
•Experience with information systems, with a preference for familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
•Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to compensation.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
environment while maintaining confidentiality.
•A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus but not mandatory.
