Job Description Summary
This role's key responsibilities include stock plan administration; program administration for retention and recognition plans; supporting the annual compensation planning cycle; and supporting the preparation of materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
This role partners with compensation, HR, finance, accounting, legal, and vendors to help Client comply with policies and requirements, perform financial controls, and execute compensation processes.

Job Description
Administer the Company's stock equity compensation programs:
Administer stock plans including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance share units.
Partner with equity administration vendor, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Tax, to ensure proper equity transaction processing, disclosure, accounting, and audit requirements are met.
Administer tax requirements and internal reporting requirements in partnership with equity administration vendor and other stakeholders.
Support and help manage Client's compensation programs:
Help ensure information in Workday and equity administration systems are current and accurate.
In partnership with compensation colleagues: support the annual focal process; participate in compensation surveys and conduct competitive analyses; conduct training.
Help to complete program analytics and drive continuous process improvement.
Assist in the preparation of Compensation Committee materials:
Partner with Director of Executive Compensation to prepare detailed analyses and materials for Board of Director's Compensation Committee meetings.
Help manage content to deliver materials for planning/meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
Key Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required
Minimum: experience in analysis, compensation, and equity administration (Minimum 3 years analysis or 2 years equity admin. Desired 5+ years in at least two of the three)
Skills and abilities: strong data analysis skills and familiarity with Excel; detail oriented; exercises good judgement; maintains confidentiality and works professionally with sensitive information
