The Role: As our Senior Commercial Estimator Project Manager, you will be a pivotal player in this mission, contributing expertise, foresight, and precision. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle, from accurate estimation to successful completion, focused on cost control and execution metrics and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, guiding project teams to exceed industry benchmarks while fostering individual growth and team synergy.
• Contribute to strategic planning, engage in setting clear objectives, and support a metrics-driven approach to help achieve and surpass performance targets

• Proven expertise in commercial asphalt and paving, with a strong focus on meticulous planning, enhancing craftsmanship, mastering job costing, selecting winning projects, and delivering projects with exceptional management and timely execution.
• Strong commitment to excellence, with a results-oriented mindset that is geared towards exceeding expectations and very mindful of reporting and profitability.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive high-performing teams towards shared goals.
