The following is a list of responsibilities associated with this position:
- Must have a Notary Public License, or be willing to become a Notary Public within 6 months of hiring
- Greet customers as they enter and determine how to both meet and exceed their expectations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient customer interaction and quality product delivery
- Become knowledgeable on all products/services including shipping, printing, mailboxes, and notary services
- Utilize all equipment safely and efficiently along with POS software
- Pack contents for shipping or ecommerce returns programs using established procedures and products based on customer needs/requirements
- Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately
- Take ownership of customer shipping needs while offering viable solutions
- Take daily action to learn all product and service offerings and alternative solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Ensure the store is clean and presentable within The UPS Store guidelines
- Successfully complete required training courses
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Flexibility within schedule is required as needed
***Prior UPS Store experience is preferred***
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and required credentials

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Notary Public
Experience:
- UPS Store or Retail experience is a must – minimum 2 Years.
- Customer Service: 2 years.
- Cash handling: 2 years
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Ability to type 50 words per minute
Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods of time
Manual hand dexterity required to operate POS, copiers and other office equipment and complete customer
