1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written interactions with clients, coworkers and supervisory staff is required.
3. Ability to read and interpret written directives to accurately complete workplace assignments is required.
4. Culinary skills including food preparation and presentation are required.
5. Knowledge of food stocking/rotation is required.
6. Basic knowledge of coffee production with enthusiasm to grow in this area is preferred.
7. A self-starter who is able to be flexible and cope with physical demands of café production including on-the-spot decision making for client satisfaction is preferred.
8. Food Handler's Permit is preferred.
Pay Range: $16.89 - $22.79
