At CESO, a Senior Survey CAD Technician assists our land survey team in the analysis and preparation of multiple types of surveys. As your expertise grows, so will the scope of your responsibilities for a wide range of commercial, residential and energy projects. You will have primary responsibilities that will include:
- Work with Survey Project Managers and Field Survey Crews
- Assist with preparation of boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, easement exhibits, subdivision plats, oil and gas well plats and other survey deliverables
- Perform courthouse and utility research
- Assist in maintaining project budgets and deadlines
- Local travel as needed
Position requirements include:
- Associate degree in AutoCAD design or related fields; or 2-4 years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Civil 3D experience preferred
- Survey-related background
- Survey industry standards and procedure knowledge is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
