Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Frazeysburg, OH
Schedule: Monday-Fri 2pm-10:30pm
Pay Rate: *$31-$33/hr (Negotiable; Dependent upon experience)
*Doesn't include 15% Shift Differential
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support to the manufacturing processes by repairing industrial equipment including electrical components, motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, compressors, chillers and boilers
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Install industrial equipment in support of the Process Engineering team.
- Clearly communicate all relevant information to the appropriate personnel
- Observe all safety precautions and regulations.
- Displays a positive attitude, initiative, and desire to continuously improve.
Primary Requirements:
- Multicraft Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Electrical Experience
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, deep understanding of manufacturing process’, and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to identify and diagnose problems and implement corrective action
- Working knowledge and understanding of HAZMAT, MSDS, EPA, and OSHA requirements
- Good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with production staff
- Must have a flexible work schedule to include overtime as applicable
- Industrial welding experience a plus
- Experience in a highly automated facility a plus
Workplace Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing facility
