Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
• Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
• Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis
• 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, prior

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
• Health care industry experience
• Team lead or project lead experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (ability to read and write, assessment may be required)
