- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to find acceptable solutions

- Prepare formal written test estimates
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
