The Senior Brand and Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, reporting and optimization of enterprise campaigns, working with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and third-party content developers and publications.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time, and will have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns from ideation through launch that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase product/services adoption, and expand awareness of SAIC’s solutions.
The Senior Manager of Brand and Campaign will significantly enhance the market presence of SAIC in key areas, such as print, digital and social media by developing a robust strategic plan and comprehensive publicity concepts to greatly enhance the impact of SAIC as a leader in the international aerospace and defense industry.
For the successful candidate, this role will highlight your phenomenal people skills, extraordinary management ability, and exemplary creativity and understanding of marketing channels, specifically in the aerospace and defense industry, to deliver breakthrough campaigns to target the appropriate audiences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns, focused on key SAIC priority solution themes and topics that are designed to generate leads for SAIC’s Business Development and Product teams nationally.
Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies.
Create optimized programs to generate leads and adoptions at scale across a number of audience segments.
Develops and expands company's web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.
Communicates with all functional departments to ensure their needs are met with proposal design and product creation and design.
Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
Develop rich, bar-raising content designed to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts.
Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in Tableau and Adobe Analytics to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making focused on campaign optimization.
Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
- 7+ years of related experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent creative skills
- Proven ability to plan and implement highly successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet critical deadlines and effectively manage multiple workstreams.
- Proficient with all relevant software and web design to facilitate outstanding online marketing initiatives.
- Background in Social Media applications
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
