Senior AVLM Technical Coordinator
Status: Full-Time, salary, exempt.
Pay: DOE.

Workdays:Sunday-Thursday.
Job Description: The Technical Coordinator is responsible to manage all AVLM assets of Pursuit that are in operation at all campuses, helping train volunteers to operate all AVLM equipment, and assisting the Production Director as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help train volunteers for all campuses on all AVLM equipment.
- Operate and ensure all AVLM aspects maintain the Pursuit standard of quality.
- Maintain AVLM gear.
- Ensure all services at all campuses have appropriate stage and back row setup.
- Strategize for continuing to enhance the AVLM experience.
- Coordinate with vendors on new projects and special projects.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Equipment and software familiarity is a plus:
Audio:
- FOH (Front of House) console: Allen & Heath dLive s7000 + dLive DM64.
- Stage IEM Mixes: via Allen & Heath ME-1.
- Shure PSM 300 and PSM 900 Wireless IEM systems are in use for most stage positions.
- Speakers & DSP: DAS Audio.
- Wireless Microphones: Shure ULX-D.
- Broadcast Mix: AVID Protools.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Model a passionate pursuit of the presence of God.
- Pursue the 10 cultural commandments.
- Able to have flexible work hours.
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
- Be able to pass both local and federal background checks.
- Be flexible to both take on new tasks and delegate old tasks as the church develops.
- Follow all PURSUIT policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of professional-level skills and experience with people, business, and project management.
- Strong organizational and training skills.
- Entrepreneurial abilities, from big-picture strategy to operational details.
- Ability to lead staff, recruit, develop, and inspire people, and set clear expectations and accountability.
