Tiburón Golf Club is a 36 hole Greg Norman designed championship facility catering to both a private membership and the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort. Tiburón is the annual host of the LPGA Tour CME Tour Championship, the PGA Tour QBE Shootout, and the PGA Tour Champions Chubb Classic. Tiburón is managed by Troon, the world-wide leader in club management with over 700 golf facilities across the globe.
Tiburón is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to lead in the role of Senior Assistant Superintendent. The successful candidate will work alongside the Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Agronomy to lead a great team in maintaining the highest levels of playing conditions. You will be working in a fast paced, team oriented atmosphere with high expectations. You must be a person of strong work ethic, high moral character, motived and driven to deliver the world class results. Qualifications
- 2 or 4 year degree in Agronomy similar
- A minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Superintendent
- IPM and Irrigation experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Ability to work as a team
- Must place an emphasizes on safety
- Must have a ‘Can Do’ attitude
