Are you a seasoned architectural Project Manager with a passion for healthcare architecture?
Do you thrive on taking a hands-on approach while providing strong leadership? We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in Sacramento, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for directing project and resource planning, establishing project timelines and budgets, and providing technical oversight throughout all phases of projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain client relationships, develop solutions for complex design problems, and mentor and support staff's professional development. To be successful in this role, you must have a California Architect License with recent HCAI experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat is also required. While not required, preferred qualifications include a minimum of 15 years of architectural project experience, LEED or WELL accreditation, and LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
