Position Summary...
What you'll do...

Market and Customer Analysis Possesses knowledge of: Data gathering and reporting tools; market data sources; customer behavior analysis methodologies. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Uses customer analytics for basic forecasting purposes. Interprets customer analytics results and presents findings to management. Creates business analysis reports from customer analytics data extracts. Researches characteristics and segments of an assigned market. Researches and provides data on ongoing and planned market activities and their implications to leadership. Analyzes the validity and reliability of market research results. Provides data and insights to senior management based on market research results. Captures the number of visitors to websites and the number of pages viewed for the purpose of improving web site efficacy. Tracks visitor behavior on websites, including drivers and conversions to online purchases. Uses web analytics to gauge market trends. Project Management Possesses knowledge of: Project management tools, techniques, and methodologies; project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports; communication management. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Supports assigned projects. Understands business needs. Identifies project requirements and compliance with project prioritization and milestones. Proposes and assists in developing solutions to project issues, ensuring the resolution of critical issues and the escalation of complex or difficult issues. Articulates process steps to deliver work to business stakeholders, providing views of current work streams, statuses, and upcoming milestones. Problem Formulation Possesses knowledge of: Analytics, big data analytics, and automation techniques and methods; precedence and use cases; business requirements and insights. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Translates business problems within an assigned discipline to data-related or math-solutions. Identifies what methods (for example, analytics, big data analytics, automation) would provide a solution for the problem. Shares use cases and gives examples to demonstrate how the method would solve the business problem. Site Structure Management Possesses knowledge of: Search engine optimization; site structure; site taxonomy; web analytics tools. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Assists, with guidance, in analyzing and reporting on a variety of user research and analysis of sites across the industry. Highlights and implements the factors that may affect a search ranking. Performs basic tasks and initiatives to support the implementation of search engine optimization. Utilizes basic tools and techniques for keyword management for certain products and services. Applied Business Acumen Possesses knowledge of: Industry and environmental factors; business practices across two or more domains (for example, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Business Systems, Human Resources); common business vernacular. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Provides recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues. Develops business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings. Translates and aligns business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks. Serves as an interpreter and conduit to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results. Recommends new processes and ways of working. Data Visualization Possesses knowledge of: Visualization guidelines and best practices for complex data types; Multiple data visualization tools (for example, Python, R libraries, Plot, Matplotlib, Platy, etc.); Advanced visualization techniques; Multiple story plots and structures (OABCDE); Communication & influencing techniques; Emotional intelligence. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Generates appropriate graphical representations of data and model outcomes under guidance Supports the understanding of customer requirements and designs data representations for simple data sets Presents to and influences the team using the appropriate frameworks and conveys messages through basic business understanding. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. The annual salary range for this position is $64,480.00-$143,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock equity incentives
