POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Ryan White Services will supervise the program and provide effective counseling and care management services.

Summary of Duties Performed

• Direct and manage the Ryan White program.
• Ensure the collection of statistical and compliance data.
• Ensure compliance with program regulations and requirements
• Establish and maintain collaborative arrangements with other agencies serving People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWH).
• Provide leadership in completing the Ryan White Service Report (RSR) and other required reporting. Timely submission of reports is critical.
• Ensure CQI is maintained for the Ryan White program utilizing performance improvement tools, i.e. PDSA cycle, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Serve as the liaison to the Care Consortium.
• Supervise case managers.

QUALIFICATION:

Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work or Counseling, preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Health Science with a minimum of 5 years work of experiences, including Ryan White service delivery. Supervisory/leadership skills a must.
