Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst

Leidos is in search of a Sr. All Source Intelligence Analyst to support the 19th Weapons Squadron at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.
Candidates must already possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.
The selected individual will provide operational level single and multidiscipline ISR analysis in support of the 19th Weapons Squadron, Nellis AFB. This includes producing correlated and fused ISR products to support command requirements, and providing expertise in drafting guidance, developing analytic processes, evaluating/socializing analytic tools, evaluating and directing analytic standards, and researching analytic outreach and professional opportunities. Provide knowledge and experience to support management of weapons and tactics-related programs, identify weaknesses in Tactics Techniques and Procedures and equipment, find constructive solutions, and make recommendations on how best practices and TTPs are incorporated into training, standardization and evaluation, and current operations and documented in accordance with AF standards. Support development and document terminology and TTPs, support exercise planning and execution, provide pre-deployment/employment support as necessary, and support overall readiness and training efforts at Staff and Wing levels. Operate in accordance with AFI 14-120 Tactics Analysis and Reporting program, AFI 11-415 Weapons and Tactics Programs, and supplements.
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree) and 10+ years of relevant experience. Or Master's and 8 years.
• Current intelligence systems experience and expertise
• Synthetic scenario design experience
• USAF intelligence expertise
• All Source Intelligence MOS
• Graduate of an advanced intelligence course
• Expertise and familiarity with AFI 14-120 Tactics Analysis and Reporting program, AFI 11-415 Weapons and Tactics Programs, and supplements
• Expertise and familiarity with structured analytic techniques
• TS/SCI security clearance on day 1

Desired Qualifications:

• Weapons School Graduate highly desired.
• Experience using Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE) to create synthetic ISR scenarios
• 15 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
