Position Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyzes financial data, prepares reporting, and provides critical insights.
- Maintains precise financial records keeping and fulfills internal customer requests.
- Prepares and analyzes budget data. Acts as a key point of contact in the annual budgeting process.
- Process, maintain, and report on the monthly commissions.
- Maintains and reconciles fixed assets.
- Acts as a key point of contact for annual external audits and review engagements.
- Reconciles additional Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Assists Accounting Leaders in preparing documents and interpreting complex financial information for Senior Leadership.
- Prepares financial reporting for tax filing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an Accountant role
- General knowledge and experience with accounting software systems.
- Advanced Excel and data management skills
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
