Candidate should be local to Malvern, PA and is expected to provide their own device ( "BYOD "). They will be supporting Global Payroll and benefits for approximately 25 countries.
Core Hours are 8-5pm Eastern but flexibility with start/end times is offered.
Candidate should expect to work overtime and the desire is to convert this role to FTE.

The Opportunity:
Client is searching for a Senior Accountant to join our Global Accounting Team. This position will be hybrid and based in Malvern, PA. This is a temp-to-perm position.
About the role:
The Senior Accountant will be part of the Global Controlling team and responsible for recording, reconciliation, and analysis of Global Payroll expense for 23 countries. The Senior Accountant will also support audit and flux requirements as well as contribute to ad-hoc financial enquiries and requests. The Senior Accountant will act as a Finance Business partner to Global HR and Country Controllers.

Key responsibilities will include:
Prepare, analyze, and record monthly payroll journal entries in a timely and accurate manner
Perform analysis for various aspects of compensation and benefits, including, but not limited to, bonus calculations, vacation liability, and applicable benefit accruals
Prepare monthly and quarterly general ledger account reconciliations
Prepare and present quarterly flux analysis
Identify and implement process improvements
Prepare and present audit schedules and assist/coordinate audit of financial statements and reports
Act as a finance business partner to Country Controllers and Global HR
Required Qualifications and Skills:
We're looking for someone who is degree qualified, preferably majoring in Accounting or Finance.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting is required. MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred, but not required. You'll also have a minimum of 3-5 years professional experience, ideally in public accounting.
You will bring:
