The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the accounting function of the Company’s operations providing accounting support to the CFO, and will include general ledger activities, month-end financial close through financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and other accounting and related activities.
The successful candidate will divide his/her time between ServRx, Inc. (“ServRx”) and DMG Creative, LLC (“DMG”), two closely related but independent businesses, operating out of the same administrative office. ServRx is a Phoenix-based revenue cycle management company that works nationally with pharmacies and physicians. DMG is a holding company operating a collective of vertically integrated companies operating to create and curate sports and entertainment events in the US and abroad, including televised collegiate basketball, football, professional sports and international competition, and supporting the efforts of international sponsors in the Olympics.
Responsibilities (Reporting to and working directly with the CFO)
- Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and enter monthly journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly A/P.
- Reconcile corporate credit cards.
- Assist in ensuring the financial statements and forecasting models are completed in a timely and accurately for follow-on joint work with the CFO. Assist the CFO in delivering regular financial reporting and forecasting to the management team.
- Support the CFO in the annual and quarterly external audits.
- Assist CFO in the preparation and/or transmissions of ACH/Wires and other banking activities
- Assist in the preparation of customer-facing commission reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BS in Accounting/Finance or related degree.
- Two or more years of general ledger accounting experience.
- QuickBooks Online (Enterprise) experience required.
- PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment), emphasis in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Real Estate Development and Construction Industry work experience would be helpful by analogy for Event (i.e. Project) financial tracking purposes.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Able to effectively interact with others in a positive and professional environment.

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
