Senior Accountant

My client seeks to hire a permanent, full-time SENIOR ACCOUNTANT. Work onsite in pleasant surroundings for a well-established company located in beautiful Banks County, Georgia. Annual compensation in the range of $60k-$68k. Plus, medical benefits, PTO and other perquisites. Career-advancement opportunities are anticipated.

Enjoy performing a variety of responsibilities, for example:

• General Ledger entries
• Bank reconciliations and account monitoring
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Job-costing, and coding income/expense to individual jobs
• Inter-company transactions
• Assist with month-end close for several business entities
• Maintain accurate, organized records
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience performing accounting/bookkeeping
• Technology capabilities, including Excel
• QuickBooks experience (preferred)
• Accurate. Organized
• Proactive. Swift to meet deadlines. Motivated to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
