What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage processes: Drive execution of strategic plans by providing appropriate category, consumer, and competitive insights and analyses.
  • Ensure consistency: Develop strategies and manages collaborative process between Wholesale, Retail, eCommerce, Design, Merchandising and Integrated Planning teams to ensure that assortments include fast-track and tested product that aligns with customers’ expectations and builds the credibility of the brand.
  • Maximize expectations: Be a subject matter expert on international markets across competitors, pricing rules, marketing/PR touchpoints, sales channels, and relevant local nuances.  Drives brand or product trainings with partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Oversee Merchandising development as liaison to Design to support global needs, seasonality, and price architecture.  Build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth business operations and execution of timely growth strategies (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Domestic sales, Digital and Design).

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management or related field preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Account Management, luxury/designer market preferred
  • Microsoft Windows skills a must, e.g. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Sophisticated understanding of designer/luxury trends with the ability to forecast in response to consumer demand

This position has a compensation salary range of $106,000- 134,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience.
