- Identify and pursue Senior Account Executive opportunities through prospecting, calls, emails, social media, etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; helping them to get the most out of their relationship with ABC Ignite
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Provide customer feedback to the product development team to inform product improvements and enhancements
- Work with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop new business opportunities as needed
- Maintain an expert knowledge of ABC’s suite of technology products and services
- On time Quarterly Business Plans
- On time Expense Reports
- 5+ years overall of relatable industry experience required, at least 3+ years of experience managing mid-level client accounts needed, less years overall required with a degree
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient with using Word, Excel, and Outlook
