Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives with prospective customers through unit rentals, protection plans of rentals, and sales of moving materials
- Improving existing customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, managing payments, collecting late fees, and following up on outstanding balances
- Guiding your new customers through the rental processes and agreements
- Performing independently on a day-to-day basis with a focus on teamwork and partnerships with other stores from a remote setting
- Consulting, troubleshooting, and adapting will be essential to be effective problem solvers
- Other duties as assigned
Successful Customer Success Representatives are:

Minimum Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent; College education is a plus
3-5 years Self Storage experience; Additional Sales & Call Center experience is a plus
