Job Description:ECU College of Business/Information & Technology Services is seeking a Lab Technician. We are looking for an individual with a great personality, leadership qualities, the ability to pick up new technology fast, and familiarity with basic troubleshooting procedures. Innovation is key to keeping up with modern technology so we are also looking for someone with an eye for detail and process innovation that can provide our faculty and staff with the best tech experience possible. This drive for support excellence also means that we put the customer first, so strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and empathy are a must. Job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting the Lead technician with Smart Classroom Support, software/hardware installs, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on both MacOS and Windows.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.):Please note: You do not have to have technical experience to apply for this position. You have to be a full time (12 hours) undergraduate student enrolled in classes for the spring.
