Selections Assistant

Miner Construction is among the most respected builders on the southern New Jersey shore, having successfully completed over 500 custom luxury homes, renovations, and commercial projects in the area and beyond. Currently, we are seeking a Selections Assistant who is eager to learn the trade and committed to personal and professional growth. Below is a list of anticipated responsibilities.

Selections Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager & Selections Coordinator to obtain and track project selections, while also adhering to schedule & budget.

Selections Assistant Responsibilities:

-Review selections deadlines for each project with Project Manager to prioritize each week's work.

-Organize and prepare information and pricing to send to clients for selections, including change orders.

-Track all selections.

-Order samples as needed for mock-ups.

-Place orders for approved selections, track shipping/deliveries.

-Check in deliveries as they are received.

-Track missing/damaged items and follow-up on these.

-Duties will be both in the office & on project sites.

-Complete computerized drawings/elevations for various selection items. (CAD experience)

Qualities in a successful candidate:

-Very high attention to detail

-Extremely organized

-Tech savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.)

-CAD experience is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
