SalaryBusy small pediatrics office seeking a spanish and english speaker for receptionist. Must be able to handle a fast paced environment. Must have great customer service, pleasant personality, and a positive attitude. Duties include answering multiple phone lines, checking in and out patients, scheduling appointments, taking phone messages, greeting patients, collecting co-pays and balances ,scanning documents and insurance cards charts into EMR system and verifying insurance. Front office experience is required. Knowledge of Office Practicum is a plus
