Seeking full time server, kitchen helper, line cook

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, plating dishes, and ensuring all food safety regulations are followed. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with other members of the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food orders.

Kitchen $16 - $ 18 hourly

Server

· Greets all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful manner.

· Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously.

· Operates the complete POS system and other required software.

· Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored.

· Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.

· Helps bus and set tables and performs side-work and cleaning duties as needed

· An understanding and appreciation of food and wine is a must.

· Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred.

· All servers will be asked to undergo on-the-job training to increase their knowledge of food, beverage, and table service etiquette regardless of their service history.

Qualifications:
One year of relevant experience preferred
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Able to work weekends, and holidays

Server $15-$30 hourly

Busser: Must be flexible in availability, clean cut and well presented.

· Able to mult-task and speed in executing assigned tasks

· Able to work in fast-paced environment

· Busser $13 -$20 hourly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
